Basil - No lens flare. This was done by hand using the fade option on a soft brush, Hard light, lowered opacity. You have more control that way.

i just get ansty when I see a lens flare like effect.. I guess its from making AVs and having people freak out when I used them...

Polish - First desaturate, then colorize. I shapened the lines a bit. cut and paste for the diamond eyes. Had to hand color the post. The real trick were the fingers and thumb. The original pic she was holding a tiny diamond earring.

one of the few good looking things made from that ugly mask...is that something peeking out behind the upper left corner of the mask? (looks like a finger remnant)
