If you are trying to show Bush as Hitler then maybe you should study your history a little more, seeing as how that helmet is from WWI not WWII. WWI took place in 1914. Hitler didnt become Chancellor of Germany until 1933.

Yes, there are two hats from two different political eras in Germany; WWI (Kaiser on Bush) and WWII (Nazi cap on Rummy). Both eras used fear to quell domestic dissent and this totalitarian trait is what I wanted to convey. Not xenophobia and genocide.
