Having a father that is a funeral director, I would surmise that the body was embalmed, the holes around the stake sealed up, and the pole left in place to ensure that the beast would not come back to life and kill them. Therefore, this depiction is accurate! So it has been said, so it shall be!

Not the greatsest image IMO, but the idea is great enough for a vote!

I would have tried to give the sign a similar "illustrated" look, but it's better than most.

where is the blood?

don't you watch CSI? After someone is dead there is no bleeding. This impalement obviously happened post-mortum

stl7dust
ahhh, i dont watch CSI only Law and Order: SVU

jerico
you're right - since vampires are "the undead", there would be naturally no bleeding after impalement...

|
|
stl7dust
then where is all that blood go after they drink it?

I cannot begin to explain how poor this post is. If you cannot followthrough with the illustration being lent to the sign and post, then don't bother to steal the illustration at all. bad form.
