A tip:
start with a better source image. Your work is very good.. but the image you used (i guess the lion) isnt all that nice to look at. the wings are superb.. great job on those. but the head isnt completely skewed (notice the line of darker fur on the head isnt in line with the beak or the head. the head isnt blended correctly, the beak is way to bright in contrast with the lighting on the body. Your doing good work.. just be more picky with your source images...

Only the front , but since they cant be seen !!! I like him like this better. It was hard work, harder then the monkey that is in the lead. Colors, shades, highlighs, fur in the head and not to mention chopping. Hope It gets more votes!
