my main criticism with it (hopefully constructive) is that the woman's right hand is very blurry, but the part of wheel beside it is very clear. It shoudl be blurry as well, at least a bit so. It just doesn't look right.

I think it a nice composition, but my only criticism is that the wheel is too sharp and has too much light in it to match up with the woman. But overall it is very nice.
