I think he's going thru that stage where their bellies are all big and popped up, and the shorts hanging low is just "accentuating" it... or, he drinks, beer!

voter #5: I copied kids face, transformed, skewed, bent it and then set that layer's transparency very low, overlaying it on top of the shiny thingie; hope that helps.
