the advantage to optimizing your images, is that for people like me who have dial-up and a short attention span, we'll actually wait a few seconds for an image to load as opposed to passing over images that take 20-30 seconds to load (or more for gifs, although if it's a gif, I usually wait provided I have enough time to wait for it). Either way, I like Rutger Hauer, and I think you used him effectively, so here's my last vote for this contest. :^)

Please optimize your images, this one is 123k. Typically they should be around 50-60k. Thanks!

Sorry, i didn´t know about that, no one told me ! Besides, i thought the images were stored on other websites, because of the url upload, that is really a "strange" method to upload...

they are... in general optimizing is a good skill to learn as it helps pages load quicker, and keeps file sizes down.
