maybe pull out some of the green/yellow cast in the squirrel using a combination of Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation, Selective Color, Color Balance, and/or Match Color

Or, as one rookie to them tools to another.... try the DODGE tool to highlight the room with, so the squirrel isn't the only Bright object in the post... and remember angles of lighting! Something I'm still trying to comprehend
