I also thing the fire is the hightlight (pardon the pun) of this picture. You could lose the lady entirely and I'm not sure if it woouldn't make the pic better imo. BTW, the lady reminds me of the young girl in the Rooster Cogburn movie :-D (which is boyish I guess)
