My suggestion would be to some how add more detail to the cheeks, maybe some more shadowing. This site I've noticed is very much about the small details (most of the time)

I like the coloring alot on this pic, looks pretty good, to make it get upper level votes pay attention to the following ( lighting, clarity, clean selection, and cutout, color compliments, and the dynamics within the picture
