I'll ditto that statement. The PSC gurus should be able to clean up there. Heck they've got at least a month to work on their entries!

A month of time with very high quality sources should lend to some great chops. I wonder who from here will enter. I think I may. Got nothing to lose 'cept the time to make the chop.
Feel free to PM me chop ideas.

Did anyone else hear back from this?!
I just got an email:
Greetings from Pop Photo. I left you a message earlier today (about your entry into our Digital Wizard contest). In case you didn't receive it, you've made it through the first round in the competition.
I'm hoping to get a high-res copy of this image from you:
ArmyHampster.jpg
as soon as possible. We're looking for a file that's 300 dpi at 8 1/2 x 11 inches. Would it be possible for you to email this to me? If not, you can send it to my attention at the address below (email is definitely preferable, as it's faster).
Also, please give me a call when you have a moment, so that we can talk for a minute about how you got the image.
Thanks for your help and your interest in Pop Photo,
Best,
Lori

That's great news, dewking! Nope, I didn't receive the email I've entered this contest for the last couple years. I thought I had a couple good entries this year, too! Oh well.

no idea...
They just said the winners would be announced in May.
I made it to the finals in the photoshopcafe.com contest too, one got to the top 10. I just got credits at Worth1k though.
Either way, its just fun.

Sure, I submitted two entries. Here they are:
They were actually originally combined as one big image, but there was no focal point, so I broke it up into two.

Without even seeing it, it sounds like a fantastic image. I applaud you on your impeccable taste.
