hey caf today i was able to buy a crusher and an coat of protection

I do believe that every one of my cockles has a castle now. Most have Robo Birds too. Although I splurged and got one a dematerializer.

Sad thing is that I've got one that kicks ass but can't steal a magic item for all he's worth. Fails at the stealing every single time. Wonder which stat helps that?

Attack = proficiency with weapons
Defense = proficiency with armor
Speed = number and frequency of attacks
Health = Duh.

I'll bet it's a combo of speed and attack that allows you to steal the items. Must not have my speed high enough.

Another thing I found interesting. I went back to the start of this thread and found that we were first getting excited by 20K, 40K, 80K, etc. plunders! Now I don't even post unless I took at least a million from the mook.

Wow. My cockle must be really defective... All these ones that you're getting millions from are way too advanced for me and destroy me with quickness. I'm at level 25 now, and just can't seem to pick up a lot of gold. One time I got 8k... What am I doing wrong?

How are you alloting your points when you go up a level? I concentrated on Attack and then speed until I got attack to 100 and speed to ~60. Now I'm upping my defense. I also focused on getting good weapons as quick as I could and armor second.

But maybe Mason should pipe in here with his strategy.
