I think that a lot of people (formally newbies and those who aren't in that much) will get a little bit frustrated if they post a serious shop on "Make us laugh Wednesday". So that repeating them every week could be contra productive for the community. But if you do a monthly them and jmh supports it by an mail announcement thinks like "shop a shopper" can be real fun and good for the community. And an other point is: it won't get bored that soon!!!
