so im trying to make a snake out of words and yeah i've made the shape of the snake with the pen tool and it i take the text cursor i know u can write along the lines but it want the letters to get bigger and smaller to fill in the snake and not go outside of the lines, im pretty sure this is possible right?

It IS possible - almost ANYTHING is possible with PHotoshop if one is willing to work hard enough.

Though, I suspect you are wanting to draw a curving line of varying width and have the text AUTOMATICALLY scale to fit the thickness of the space. Yes?

If that is your wish I'm not aware of anything that will do it automatically in PS. I'm gonna go try it now and see what happens!

Actually I cheated a bit by selecting each individual word and giving it a different font-siz (and kerning if needed). Not too hard with short text. But if you're going to put the bible on a spline, then I wish you good luck..

lol yeah what u did in illustrator is pretty much exactly what i needed.. it's harder to umm obtain a "very cheep" (free) copy of illustrator than it is for photoshop... but thanks alot, ill just do a different one, (this was for a school project)

I'd ratserize the text that follows the spline and then use the warp tool to make it fit

Ledirlo's idea would work. (Even if he won't! )

I actually did that in CorelDRAW (I've been a fan for years) though Illustrator will do simular weirdness.
