Yes Claf, I believe the "Effects" term and the "reference" term, do not fit here.
Water "effects" would lead one to believe that the plaintiff created water. The "reference" term would lead one to believe that the plaintiff did not use an outside source except as a "reference". I think we need clarification for the court.

I just caught this thread and I am amazed at how fast the bandwagon got going against Marco. This seems to have started as an accusation of Marco just cutting and pasting and everyone was demanding that he prove himself and in just 5 hours from the start of the onslaught he proved himself to have not done that. Now I would have thought the apologies would have come as fast.
I guess its a good thing that I suck cause when I get to Marcos caliber I would hope this never happens to me. This got ugly and its a black eye for PSC!(IMHO)

Everyone will get called out on a chop now and then. I've had my share. I just send them the layered file. Some people are more fun than others. I must admit, Marco is too nice to call anybody else out. That is what makes him an easy target sometimes. That and the fact that he tells little white lies every now and then, which is OK but when your that good, someones gonna call you out now and then. We all love Marco (Show loves him more than most do. hahaha ) and I think he knows that. We tease him sometimes but there is always a respect there. At least that is the way I see it. Marco is also a very good sport and enjoys the fight. he was the first to post his picture in the "Chop the Chopper" thread. That's just asking for it. But he takes the punches and throws them back pretty hard sometimes. I still am working up the nerve to post my pic for that Thread. (I know I'm a dead man) Ok.. enough being nice. Where was I?
