There are some chopper's here who are professionals.
There are some who actually have their work shown in galleries,
and there are several proficient artists here who seriously want to make a future at it,and a few of you who should join them.
My personal favorite chops are the ones that transcend fun and enter into what I consider art...fine art even.
Some of you guys have that talent, some are actually successful real world selling your work, and some of you want to do that.
I hold absolute respect for those who have the heart and are 'going for it'.
I believe Ledirlo is going to be successful. He wants to
do this, and he IS doing it.
I've seen what this work went for in a gallery showing...I
forget the price..it was considerably higher than what
he has graciously put it up for here.
In a way I can consider it a good investment. there ARE
choppers here who have made a name for themselves in the real world, and their work does not come cheap.
There are elements to this particular image that distinguish
it from the rest of the pack. Self portraiture is a HUGE
portion of the art market. Collectors covet the image that reveals the artist for who they are to themselves.
