Here's a trick I found helpful...
Save a page from PSC...replace your header with the original...that way you can see what it will actually look like...Or did someone else do that too?

It's not Autumn dagnammit! Tis Spring! Besides, Spring themed headers are more welcoming than Autumn ones!

Yep but I got different colors depending on where I grabbed from. So I figured I'd go to the source to find out for sure.

next time aim better 
anyway taking a look at the site layout, the links are probably in the same color as "contest" is. Looking at the stylesheet i found a value of #276AFF. So this one may be more accurate.
