Misappropration of my final product in the form of earning actual objects or recognition as the origional producer without referance to or mention of me. for example putting smilay as a company logo without consulting me about using it or royalties first, or entering a competition with it... anything else not fussed about.
(basically not mentioning where the the origional in this case smilay or componants of said smilay come from.)

its pretty reasonable in the graphics trade to say where your sources are.i do it and am quite willing to lend source images as long as notbody abuses that for profit.

By the left side of the post, there´s a little picture (that´s called avatar) and above it, there´s an underlined name. That is the poster´s screen name. I dunno how things are where you live, but where I live, it´s kinda rude to call people "the other guy" once you know his name. Anyway, hope I´ve helped ya.
