I was able to manipulate the different color channels and got a pretty good image. Wow... ...Your sister is HOT!!

hmmm........just played around for a few minutes

might could do better if I had time.....I threw several gradients over it and played with curves and contrast a little........getting kinda dark though and some of the masks aren't blended well as you can see.

If I have time wednesday, I'll play some more, but I gotta get busy studying now

Maybe jerry will stop in and give ya some quick tips

And then he ran the "Add Noise" filter a couple times for good measure.
