Not too shabbay, I cant spot any obvious flaws side from the edges are a lil jerky, it might be that anti-aliasing turned off or jpeg settings but again easy to fix.

The water is still so the reflections will be still, ya easily get away without manipulating it.

the sky has no stars, thats the only lil thing but they are easy to put in.

Put some twinkling stars in the sky maybe a cloud and bam S rank

But its still pretty up there in the high score region about an A

You should be able to animate the crane arm swinging and clouds moving slowly and stars twinkling to get that ever so hard to reach S+

Very Happy

it's magnificent...but it kinda makes the use of such detailed vectors rather odd

the jaggedy lines are from the browser automatically downsizing the image. ill post a smaller version so you can actually see the whole of it.

Thats Awesome. I especially like the little details on the cranes.

The only problem I can see is the gradients a little choppy.
Are you using PS or Illustrator?

This is a really beautiful image. the vector feel works really well in the mountains just behind the cranes, and also in the dark interspersed in the water reflections
