i think another good thing that seems to be overlooked here is this....

when we had 7 days sometimes we all at one time or another have had "choppers block", well i know i have take this week for example i have only entered one all week, with having a months worth you can download all the pictures and look at each one in full in a slide show and then when you see something that jumps out at you you can chop it then go on to the next one, having that many in front of us gives us the opportunity to come out of "choppers block" that much more easily.

sorry to ramble on but i thought it would put another light on it.

thank you JMH for providing us with a great site to show how we are all progressing with photoshop and our own styles.

would also like to say thank you to everyone else for making me feel welcome and giving me some great advise and helping when i asked.

Months ago I asked them if it is possible to pay w/o credit card. Still waiting for the answer. I dont have a credit card and never will have one. I used to pay my friend to pay my advantage but now it's not possible anymore.
Today the chopping is: Make a 30 minutes crap or get 25 views

You need to find the link on the left and "VERIFY YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT".

I think it's a great idea, Scion! Perhaps you can open a poll about it? I bet not just the old-timers would like such a challenge. Maybe even, JMH could have the weekend "quick chop" sources/contests change ever couple of hours... REALLY keep things fast-moving! But, hey, I don't know how it worked before--I'm newer here than all that, but it still sounds like fun!

I'll help you immediately. Yes it's possible without any credit card (how would I know, because I pay with paypal and don't have a credit card either (and not planning to get one too)).

I don't have the possibility either to transfer money from my bankaccount to my paypal, so the only way I get money is through selling goods and services via the net and get payed by other paypal users

(Mind that if you don't have credit card, your paypal account must have enough money before you can pay for something, you can't get in the red)

But if you wish you can always contact me if you want to get advantage. Done the same with samuelb, he didn't have paypal either, so he transfered money to my bankaccount and I payed for his advantage through my paypal.

I'm going to have to agree, with this also, suprise and the fact of challenging yourself on a source that you don't know what to do with. For example, one of the upcoming sources i had no idea what to do with it, but i sat down and thought about and i came up with a really cool idea, i think personally one of my best! As I'm sure there others of you out there that have done the same.

It's a nice change, but a bit overwhelming as well as it takes the power out of the funness factor. What i mean by that is some people will focus solely on a few sources and forget some of the hard source photos. Not only that it will just feel like the fun has been transfered over to only winning....
I just hope everything pans out nicely....
