Nobody will believe this, but it's actually true. About a month ago, I took the following photos of one of my front room windows:

The image is on the outside of the window, and is formed by a combination of scratches on the window and raindrops. (those of you in the NYC area, this was that night about a month ago when it rained like mad and was very windy in the middle of the night and all those trees got knocked down). The orange light is the streetlight outside (we live on the 3rd floor, and the light is right outside that window).
Obviously I know Photoshop, but I didn't retouch this in any way, and there's no flash or anything on the camera. The positioning of the window would make it totally impossible to get access to the outside of that window...that's why it's so damn dirty in the first place. It would be pretty hard for me to have done this myself, but you're just gonna have to take my word for it. Gotta get EJH over here to confirm.
Anyhow, I grew up in a VERY strict Catholic household, and my Mom was fond of saying, "God has better things to do than appear in somebody's tortilla." Well, without going into personal details, I will say that the timing of this...whatever it is...was significant. My first thought was that I must be so upset about what had been going on earlier that day that I was seeing things. So then I decided to take a picture just to see if it would come up. I took five photos, all from slightly different angles, and it's kind of interesting how the image...kind of changes.
My husband was here when this happened, we are both people of strong faith, but probably neither of us ever put too much stock in stories like this. Obviously, given my enthusiastic participation in all these Satan games!
Oh well, I haven't drawn any certain conclusions either way about this. We won't be calling the News to come over here, how about that?
Outside Source, indeed!
