Hi Paul

That's my work with the image I copied at the forum. With an image from scanner with 400 ppi will be better.

I hope you like it

Next week I have a lot of restoration work for a Museum - very old pictures. Here is an example

Here is my site about my works with tutorials... ... but in portuguese Embarassed

http://claudio.lozinsky.googlepages.com/home

Suggestions:

How to improve the Restoration & Retouching

Buy those book: RESTORATION & RETOUCHING 3th Edition by Katrin Eismann and MASKING AND COMPOSITING by Katrin Eismann .

http://www.digitalretouch.org/
http://www.photoshopmasking.com/

Sometimes a make works here: http://www.retouchpro.com/gallery/index.php . Looks like PSC but only with works of restorations and retouchings as a challenge... There are a lot of PRO!!!!!

Embarassed yep I too had no idea about this thread... I really don't have the time for a restoration project right now though. At least not at the moment (I'm crazy busy at work) I meant no ill will when I put on my comments that I didn't want to do a restore like everyone else (I thought it was just a regular chop day).... D'oh had I known, I would not have put that comment down.... (but hey at least you liked it) Laughing

sorry Paulsan

Something like a restoration takes time" work on it, take a break, come back to it with fresh eyes, then work on it some more untill it's good" Wink
