(hate to sound like a whiner but, The combination of this amd k-6 250 processor and the lag created from windows files ie. photoshop, running through crossover on a linux file system has frustrated me to no end. It takes 3-4 minutes just to open ps7 from a desktop. Another 45 seconds to open files and time to pee while ps7 makes and saves images. Gif's?..8 frames, 5 minutes to optimise with image ready...)

It's not that I'm totally without skill. It's just that flipping through layers and transforming them in my current set up would take eons... I'm not known for my patience. I'm the guy yelling at the microwave because it is taking too long. Sheesh, even with a 7mbps internet connection, It still takes 5 seconds to load google. Sucks cause normally, my setup runs internet pages as fast as I can click. Heh, My cpu usage at idle is 96% It pegs 100% the rest of the time with anything open. Hopefully santa will bring me a new video card for christmas and I can be back in this millenium for computer tech....
