It actually might increase the VPP because people will not give up on voting throughout an entire contest when there are less crappy entries to filter through.

I think we should have a panel that decides what images are worthy of votes. The panel should decide if the posts are worth seeing. <br><br>The panelists could also write up the comments.<br><br>
