Ok...as most of you know, I make cakes.
Here's my latest...and my first attempt at making "cubes" out of cake.
Sheesh...what a pain!
Did it for my sister's baby shower yesterday...name on the cake is going to be the name of my new niece!

Well...who makes cake WITH alcohol?
Generally I use a box mix for the cake itself, although sometimes I make it from scratch...and the frosting is ALWAYS homemade.
Hmmm...maybe I should consider a bakery...when I get a little better!

Cake??
Well here you go:
Should DP open a Bakery?
Pros:
constant cake
tasting requirements
icing icning icing!
Cons:
Can make sharper cube edges in PS
probable weight gain / artery cloggage
In all seriousness, though, something like 80% of new businesses go under within the first 5 years, so maybe it would be best to establish yourself working for someone else and then get backers so you don't go broke if things don't work out. Good luck! The cake looks beautiful!
