Hi there all
I've got great news... after 16 years working in the same office, I've got a new job. I'm going to work in an advertising/marketing bureau as a graphic designer. Now, you might think: what's that to me.... BUT... I made a portfolio of (amongst others) things I put together for PSC. And lo and behold: they were very enthusiastic and I got the job!
PSC brings out the best in its members and well, that brought new opportunities. Not the boring stuff I daily make in the office, but the real deal, creative and innovative.
So thanks PSC, indirectly you got me a nice new job and I'm looking forward to starting.

and on a related note, its because of PSC that we landed a multi-million dollar account here at my work.

We had to prove that the art department could do a good job and that we could photoshop well... and that job landed squarely in my lap... I know for a fact that the last 2 1/2 years having fun on this site was a huge factor. I've learned so much.

JMH & Emmanuel, I'd love to give you a kick back... but I didn't get any more than a hand shake and a thank you... so I'll do the same..

Gotta love the new hide feature!! I have learned everything in photoshop from PSC, can't beat that much education for $25

Some of my better stuff I did at here is what impressed the colleges I'm looking into the most. Only a couple were worth taking, but they liked them.
