i believe when it says thumbnail not availible its from when people had to upload their image to a remote image hoster and then provide a link on the website. that explains how he could win a competition (because his picture was availible at the time) but you can't see it now (because hosters only keep the image for a set amount of time)

this is just what ive been told

Well, looking at JMH's profile... He joined/created the site on Dec 12, 2001.

This Billy40 user joined on Dec 13, 2001. So he was in on some of the VERY first contests on the site. Only two entries in alot of those contests, so he won with only a few votes...

Billy was really a PSC pioneer! Cool

If you click to browse all entries there was only a total of 124 votes cast with 60 entries, haha, that's kind of funny.
