Somebody---------just take the initiative....and start it.
Maybe call it by a different name just to be safe and not confuse anyone or make them feel their toes are getting stepped on.
I'd be glad to host it, but frankly I don't know how.

If i start it on a another website who would sign in for it?
Maybe that website can be later added to PSC? I could name it "Teamchopchallenge" ... with proc's permission of course !

No! There's no need for another website to host this separately, heck it could've already been done by now, all you need is all teams that are willing to join in, select 1 source per week for 4 weeks, add up the votes to each weekly score, add up all the scores, declare a winning team and voila! You got a basic team chop, all we're waiting now is the finalization and official date.
