I have a photo that was sent to me that I think might have been a thumbnail from e-bay or similar.is there some program that will allow me to enlarge it by replacing/increasing the resolution? Thanks,Tim

there are a few programs out there wich use fractals to enlarge a pic claiming they can enlarge up to 500-600%
But I haven't seen one yet that fulfilled this claim, or was even satisfying at half of its claim.
I wouldn't bet my money on it.

Nothing can help this particular thumbnail picture. You have the original painting - take a digital photo

take a photograph of it with a conventional camera..
get the photo developed and keep the film. make sure the film has been developed properly, buy a negative scanner..
and use the negative with a negative scanner... set to a high resolution...

I can see you twowoorking to gether all your pictures would just be bunging the camera in the scanner and praying your image comes out lol
