To the new boss...
We deserve to know why our beloved PSC is CONTINUOUSLY going down...for more than 30 minutes at a time.
Is it the code? Is it the servers? Can we get SOME kind of hint as to what's up?
How are we supposed to enter contests? Vote?

Realize that for all the problems that we've experienced the past 4 days, this is the FIRST time that you've replied to anything...and then when ya do...it's an "everything's fine" message.

gotta say, I have been here 2 years or more, and the word anarchy is coming to mind within the masses...
I don't think I have ever verbally sworn at my computer more times these last 3 - 4 days.
It is becoming a nightmare

damn straight it must.
Proc you need according to our amazingly accurate workings out, 42 dedicated... 'DEDICATED' servers all linked and exclusive to PSC.
there that oughta do it

Did it get my attention? Sure did, but so did other threads on here. Sorry if it seems that I was absent for a few days. Believe it or not, the site loads fine for me and I'm investigating.

it loads ok now, I came on here at 7am UK time, so thats 2am PSC time, and it took 35 mins to sign in, I had a bath and coffee and was still waiting when I came back..... I don't understand how at that time it can perform that bad.
And this continued until about 2 hours ago or so, just before you arrived Proc, so yes, it is working great now, and that is fantastic. its the other 18 hours or so for the last 4 days we are all worried about.

at the moment it crashes every 2 hours or so... for me. marcos right it was down about 7am

woo hoo, look, I am not having a 4 day long nightmare, other people felt the excurciating pain that PSC is slowly becoming too, oh joy to the world.
