The National Library of France has an amazing collection of prints from 1910 which depict life in the year 2000. They are credited to Villemard.


These images remind me of the old Tobacco cards. This was photoshop 1910

that's amazing almost prophetic as it could be a tribue to 911. thanks

One of my lifetime projects is, to read all Perry-Rhodan-books that were edited. Just starting book #11, and the latest released book was a number above 100 In this SCIFI-world playing at 2042 the human race can travel faster than light, but their computers do work with punch-cards out of plastic (!wow!) for being fed with data...

This is great paul. Check out the browse by date. 1880 shows a photo of future flying machines. Notice that number 34 is a flying saucer. Just amazes me how long that idea has been out there with no real influence on aviation. TOP SECRET GOVERMENT TRIALS dont count.
