Glad you like it! Smile

I had the idea after a chat with Grefix regarding STFUAC... regarding the "F" word in it. He (and most of the world that doesn't live in North America) had no issues with it. But I thought I'd like to write a song that didn't have the "F" word in it. So I decided to take the afternoon off (one side of the sword that is Self-Employment) and get at it. Started scribbling lyrics around noon ~ mixed and uploaded it by supper time. Let's say 5 hours from nothing to something a bit more than nothing! Very Happy

BUT ENOUGH ABOUT ME!

Just found these guys (and gals) from Japan:

I bet they could do a cover of CHOPPIN IT Twisted Evil

(I suspect that Mark Mothersbaugh is Diggin This Shite Very Happy)

I use a ball point pen for lyrics, then move onto CuBase for the main music composing. Then that gets recorded a track at a time onto my 24 track Yamaha 2400. Next the vocals and (usually) accordion go down. Then I let my ears settle down for about 10 minutes and then I mix that sucka. -the end- Cool

Wow...that "Way of the Groove", was really good stuff. Cool Felix is blaze'n on those frets. Twisted Evil I've never heard of him before. Thanks for that link! Very Happy

That Wooten bros. duel was waaaaaay to much bravado....sllloppy play'n on both their parts. I figure they were both just mess'n around, but jeez. Victor is way better than that.

...and that last one( Jaco) Daaaamn! Cool

I bought Chris Squire's Fish Out Of Water album when it came out more than 30 years ago in 1975, Shocked it was, and still is a great body of work. Wink I've watched that vid a few times and almost posted it a while back, too bad it's in bad shape.

No video here but another great tune from Fish Out Of Water

"Lucky Seven"

Yeah, that's great!! Cool Cool I'm gonna get that album....not sure really ,why I haven't yet. Rolling Eyes Ya know....I kinda forget until I hear it on it's own but his voice was a huge part of Yes's sound. In fact they wouldn't have sounded quite right without it. I love progressive music!

everyone in Yes is so talented, I got my first Yes album in sixth grade,1972, "Close To The Edge", my classmates looked at me like a fool when I brought the album in to play, I was told to take it off, Crying or Very sad it was so far ahead of its time.

I knew I had that image in the bank. Very Happy
