number 4 has no chocolat in them at all.. they're called, litteraly translate, peppernuts... kinda similar to gingerbread ... i think
number 1 is a variation off the letter cookies ..but with a frosted sugar top thingy
number 3 is euhm......just good
and number 5 are tangerines..typical for saint nicholas period
