Well, i have a question for you guys, and i hope someone has the answer...
Here is a little "diagram" to show you what exactly i need:

So, lets say im trying to create this black arrow brush, but i want the anchor point to be on a specific location, not in the exact center of the brush frame like photoshop forces me to do (at least i think it forces me). The problem is that i want it to rotate around the specific point (lets say on the bottom part like on the picture).

you see the little circle with tiny cross hair righ tin the middle whenevr you go into transform mode..you can left click and hold-grab it and drag it anywhere...this then becomes the axis for rotation





unless you actually mean brushes....

You got me wrong, the exact thing im trying to do is to use shape dynamics to rotate my brush based on direction, but i dont want it to be rotated around the centar point of the brush, but the point i specify, so it means that if i follow some line, or stroke a path with it, it will draw only on one side of it instead of both.
Here is the example, red and green are paths im trying to stroke, photoshop by default strokes like on the red path, but i want it like on the green one

I cheated and added one faint (1% fill) pixel at the bottom of a square frame. Now the brush is centered per your sketch. The faint trace only shows if you use very contrasting colors and repeat the brush over and over about a dozen times. On a photo background it should be no biggie.

A huuuge brush with only 1 px on the bottom and scale the brush after its defined so it becomes not visible (i hope)!

i just tried it and it works, and even better, do a 1px dot at 1% opacity and it surely wont be visible

I didn't think of making the original brush larger and scaling it down in the brush menu. A damn fine addition to the cheat!!!

That's what I meant by 1% fill (Edit-Fill-Opacity-1%)
