Actually, I do not enter the prize contest because I usually can't use or do not want the prize. Sometimes I enter a contest ahead of time and by the time it comes up, it has turned into a prize contest. Like this one.

This time it happened too. As a matter of fact my name was on the image, A mod noticed my name and said I had to remove my name. I told them that I did not even know that it was a prize contest. They said it changed after I had entered. I tried to change it , but the system would not let me.(nobody else noticed)( if you look at the large version, you can see my name scratched in the bottom of the duck) I could not update it , so I asked if I should remove it. But they saw that I tried to update it several times. It was a Glitch in the system.

This time I won, the prize looked pretty cool but I never received it.

So I don't bother. I just do it because I like it. I like to share skills and learn new ones. I live and breathe Photoshop. That's all.
I also do not consider myself a "Star". It ain't making me rich. I am just someone who cares a lot about what I do and have fun coming up with new ideas and challenging myself. (myself, not anybody else.
It's all just 15 min of fame. At my house. I am not a Photoshop Star. I am just "the guy who forgot to take out the garbage".
We are all stars in small moments of time for silly things that does not help any body but ourselves. The real stars are the ones who don't even know it. People who help to make life better for all. Anyone who considers themselves a hero or a star because of Photoshop is silly and those who lose sleep over somebody being called a Photoshop star is even sillier.
That's my stupid story, and I'm sticking to it.
