Well... I'm chopping less & less & less...
Too busy. I chopped 114 times in 2005, 47 last year, and posted only 17 entries this year.
Sorry!
So I'm back again to shear some work I produced this year.
Here's the thread about my work last year:

First one.
This project was my first contract with Leda & St-Jacques photographers. Very nice experience. They are really cool!
I think their regular retouchers were afraid to do that job.
First I had to be at the shooting (4 days), just to be sure that everything is going well & that the pictures
were perfect (or close to) for the manipulation... to be sure that no major problem will appear after the shooting.
I worked on 3 images. Here I"ll show you only my favorite one. The art directors estimation was 55 hours for manipulation.
I worked around 80 hours on this one. First I thought they will make a selection of around 25 pictures to use for final art.
They finally gave me 110 pictures, just to make me more confused. I certainly used 50 of them, maybe more.
I had to work on 4 files to create this image, just to be efficient & working on smaller files. The first one was the stage (1.78 GB).
When it was done, I merged it and copy & paste to another file and integrated the fans in so many layers (1.85 MB file).
Merged again to another file, the wave (1.03 GB). The last file was everything merged in 3 layers, added tons of adjustment layers
& final clean-up (2.2 GB). Last summer, that beer company campaign was everywhere downtown Montréal.
