I know we have lots of gif masters here who are great at this sort of thing..wanted to see if this is even possible before I even attempt it lol

Any way to make the lights flicker... like in a gas lantern type light .. the flickering/or twinkling.

also, if you want to keep up the illusion of open flame type lamps, the flickers would create a slight shift SIDEWAYS (back n forth) of the shadows as well. In this particular image it would only be a pixel or two of sideways movement.

Good luck - that is totally do-able, but it will not be an easy project. Make sure you have lots of beer handy to get you through it spiritually!
