That reminds me of a story

A man who is jailed for over 20 years, falls ill. He has his appendix removed. A few months later he has a bad fall, and he needs an amputation of one of his fingers. Then, a few years later, the dentist has to remove some of his teeth. As he is recovering from this last thing, the nurse in the medical unit looks at the mans chart and says: "It looks like you are trying to escape from jail, bit by bit."
