The mouse - in my own language has a third meaning, that also has to do with the palm of your hand, the thick part under the thumb. And since that is the part that rests on the gadget I always asumed that this gadget was called a mouse for that reason.

I chopped on a touch pad for a few weeks before Xmas. Not fun... I found a USB mouse at Home Depot for just $7 though, so at least I am mousing again. I don't have a tablet yet....
Poor me.
Or try Staples, they had mice cheap last time I was there.

I always chop with a touchpad. And right-handed, too, even though I'm otherwise a lefty!

Sure with 1 eye covered and your left handed hand tied behind your back. As you use your right hand on the touchpad. With excruciatingly boring TV playing in the background, and oh yes and only photoshop elements.
Okay you qualify for poor starving Artist pity, now you must swear at and spit on the capitalist of this country!

I think my Elements/righthanded/touchpad chopping is pretty good. It's just my ideas that are banal.
