get a new leaf Very Happy
blur it a bit,
and do what marco did.

add some noise or texture, then paint the highlights with a "lighten" or "overlay" layer.. blur and blend (on a new layer)..

then create a new layer and merge visable (cnt-alt-shft-e) on it.. set that on overlay and blur!!! quite a bit!!.. lower the Opacity to taste (perhaps lower the saturation too)

Merge visable on a new layer and use "sharpen more".. set to luminosity and set the opacity to taste.. mask out the bad spots..

merge Visable again on a new layer and set that to color.. blur alot..., and set the opacity again..

the above would be my way..

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
if you really want easy depth then create a path around the bug.. and bevel with layer options.. then mask.

either way.. get a new leaf

Shocked dang if he did'nt... Smile ...i am like Nevet....it's hard to tell where the light source is, at times....if i don't have any shadows to go by.....i just go with the lighter colored part of the picture. Question

Nevet...are the bug and leaf.....the reason you wanted to know about water drops the other week.....if so....you did do a good job on making the drops. thumright

EDIT: Mikey.....AND...maybe ..... he has a little friend right over here......because everyone needs a friend....even our little bug buddy. Laughing Laughing Laughing I love me some BOB....he was more laid back than the Dali'lama. Cool I'm thinking POT...i don't want to say he was smoking it....but i would bet, he could smell it from time to time. Mr. Green
