Just wanted to introduce myself, and say hello I've been so busy chopping that I haven't had much time to do much else! I didn't want to be rude, so here I am! My name's Carol, and I'm quite new to photoshop, but I'm loving every minute of it. (ANd by minute, I mean countless hours that fly by without my realization ) Since I've gotten it I haven't done much else with my spare time! I don't understand a ton of things, but I've been scouring the web for tutorials... Anyone have any recommendations???

I know what you mean, I joined the club myself about a month ago and haven't done much else basicly since then

Don't get thinking about Photoshop when you're in bath though, otherwise you'll be out of it before you even got to wet your toes when an idea pops into your head and you can't wait to put it on screen

Ah, photomanipulation, aka chopping, is too addictive for words.
I'm pretty new at it and it takes me a lonnnng time to do each one, but I love every minute of it!

Welcome...not really any direction on tutorials. Kind of ask as you go type thing. Splodge has a butt load of video tuts for PS and he can drop the link here for you as I have it on my other computer but welcome and have fun!

I understand about the chopping addiction. Trust me though...it's a good thing - and the only way you'll get "teh mad skillz".

Just wrap a blanket around yourself and your computer chair at night. Don't forget to leave an opening for your choppin' hand.
