I havent posted in a while, lifes been pretty busy and have had no time to chop.
(Im still pretty new to the site so most folks wont care! ha)


Anyway, I have become addicted to this football RPG. Its free and very fun. Doesnt take much time either.

You create players & they get on teams and you are updated with their stats & what not.

Its a lot like fantasy football, but the games are simulated and teams play every 2 days.

P.S.
On goal line blitz, when looking for a team to join, clikc on CONTRACTS. When you click it, you should have 3 offers from CPU controlled teams.

Check the rosters on that team to see where you player would fall in the depth chart. if a CPU player in in the position you are playing, you will automatically bump him in the depth chart and become a starter.

I can spend 5 minutes on the RPG at lunch.
Im not a good enough chopper to get a good one done in 5!

SACRILAGE! You got advantage. There is NO excuse!
5...5! minutes a day you have!
5 minutes every work day for a month before you have to post it...
minus the occasional Friday since yer trying to work up the courage to ask out that certain special somebody at the water cooler,
and one or two Mondays since you spent another weekend on
another plastic bottle whiskey binge drowning your self loathing for once again not working up the courage...
It's a leap year...and sage got a knot in his shiny black hair..

that's like... a gagillion minutes.

Speaking of wasting time... can you rename the thread American Football RPG... so the rest of the proper football loving world don't have to look

But American Football is the REAL Football.

That soccer stuff is just..........well, soccer.

i absolutely second this and other comments about the wrong denomination of this thread and of a popular (only in the u.s.) sport.

My husband and some of his friend's recently got into this.

Their team name is the Growlers (after their Real Life Flag Football Team....)

Hubby is QB, and I tape the games each week for them so they can laugh at themselves and relish in the highlights. They are very into it, and are going to be addicted to GLB I can tell.

Big Ben, you could have pointed out that soccer is all about those wild socks, as they have pointed out it's handball.

I would rather pull weeds than look at any of it. But you're talking to a football widow. And someone that has had to give up a paid parking spot so that a greedy hospital could sell it's lot to football fans. You can't drive around on a football gameday, forget it. You just have to wait and run out after they've all gotton to the game and after the game you have to get in cause they all get drunk and then they are crazy football fanatics behind the wheel. Dangerous I say totally dangerous combination.

i do understand it! it's a fun game, i do think it is wrongly denominated tho. 3rd world? what about 5/6ths of the world,
