Splodge: The image is mine, the wasp was dead on the deck. The photo was taken postmortem. The best I can do to help your investigation is to give the CC tapes to CSI for analysis and pixel-restoration to find out whodunnit
Gran: Yes, it turned out grainy/noisy due to the submission size restrictions (<600 KB). The wood grain texture is driving the JPG compression nuts.
The original is better, ready for sharing. I will accept all major currencies in small unmarked bills.

i think you have a focus issue with the leg pointing at the lens, i've cut the little shite out now, edges are only ok

I would like to recall the image from the source queue. Please use a different source for the H2H round 1.

One thing I've learned about H2H's - this is the FIRST ONE I haven't participated in too, applegirl - is everyone bitches about the source.
Then when they lose, they say, "well, the source really sucked".
I pretty much just said, "I got spanked, and it was fun"
It will be interesting to see how many rocket ships and moon landings are made out of that wasp, let alone the amber.
WAIT! I have an idea, let's put it in an aquarium!!!!
