There were so many damn good chops... Personally, Hellraiser and Stevster's chops really stood out to me.
Hellraiser's for the fantastic idea and execution (and I love Monty Python)
Stevster's for the crispness, color, unique idea...etc. etc.
On to round too (...*crosses fingers for better ideas*...)

Level of execution was high all around, which is great to see.
Ones that deserve some recognition, in my opinion, were:
TheShamen : i think he did a great job telling an original story
Micose: easy to dismiss with its subtlety, but i really think it was quite an accomplishment.
Stevester: Top form, really pops out and distinguishes itself on a higher level.
And finally, I really liked Scion's, another subtle entry, but I found myself drawn to it.
Also, thanks for the comments (and critiques) everybody.

I was eager to participate in this season H2H, I really was. But time was against me so I'm proud to manage NOT to be another "no-show" and post on time. I think my idea was worth but execution was far from good.
So, congrats to max&roro. I hope at least I make the voting days a bit uncertain.
Oh, and my favorite is ReyRey.

mason4300 - for the humor (I laughed out loud)
Thanks bud. I personally thought it was pretty lame...It was actually an accident. I had chopped the wasp out and cleaned the wood up (spent most of my time on that) so that I had two complete and separate images that I could work with, when I realized I had no idea what the hell I was going to do. I flipped the wood, then rotated the wasp, and I LOLed because the wasp looked like it was hanging onto the splinter. I had no better ideas, so I started tweaking it, resize, etc. When I was done, I realized it needed a reason to be hanging there, as it is a wasp that can fly, after all, so I knew it had to lose it's wings. I thought that a bug stealing them would be sort of funny, so that's how I got to where I am with it. Again, I don't like it too much, but I am very, very honored to have won this round, so a big thanks to everyone. I will do my best to do better in the following round/s.

part of the plan to go unnoticed....then, BAM!
(ha! didn't realize that that was your comment until now!)
So...comments we make on the entry we don't vote for will not show, right? I guess it would be a lot of trouble to program that at this stage of the game, huh? Some entries were really well done, and I left comments on them even though I voted for the other. Well...just know...I love you all....that's all.

I liked it all, but the best thing I liked. Every one played nice and by the sounds of things had fun. That is the great thing about the H2H.
