Yes. Many people (especially MARCO
)* will tweak their images - usually based on input and comments from the people voting on that image. This is cool. Many people will add a message saying that "I've updated this now" or "I've taken ReinMan's BRILLIANT critique and applied it to my entry".
But once you've entered SOMETHING, it stays there. Some people are so embarrassed they re-upload a blank image or something, but it still counts as an entry and the votes received still count.
