The Virgin Islands...if you had a choice.

See going on a honeymoon involves getting married. You will no longer have a "say so"...or you'll have one..it just won't count. .....so you will be going where your "better-half" wants to go.....I know...it's hard at first...but after a while...you get numb.

Are you planning to leave the resort at all? Mr. Caf suggests the DR would be the least expensive. I suggest picking whichever resort has the most bang for the buck without breaking the bank. You could save a lot, probably, and just go to the Gulf Coast. Which resort has the best beach? Best ratings for activities, service, food, etc? But ask yourselves this: Are you really going to leave the bedroom? It's your HONEYMOON! I think where you go hardly matters!

It's not even a doubt that Maui is the best place on earth. I got engaged there. I spent my honeymoon at an all inclusive in Cancun, not even close to as fun as Maui. Wish I had gone to Cancun when I was young and single and could drink underage .

So the answer is MAUI. Good food, snorkeling, shopping, golf, site seeing, luau's, etc. etc. etc.
