It could seem very simple but I still don't know how to do it.
I have a brick texture
But i want it to look rounded to make it look like tower
So how to do it? To use distort and burn tool?

what version of PS are you running?

if you are just doing a quick chop i would horizontaly spherize the texture then overlay a black/ white/black gradient....im sure others will give you a more in depth response but thats what i would do
