I'm hearing some reallly strange noises, like a song, coming from my mac 
It started playing these days randomly, always the same stupid song... Has this happened to anyone b4? Or is it a virus or something...? help please!

Last week my mac was making weird noises (I didn't know it was actually through the headphones I keep attached) and talking to me, when I had them on... I couldn't figure it out...
apple-F5 (command-F5) will automatically turn on/off voice-over.
You can also open your System Preferences and choose Universal Access and turn it off there.
if its not that...  GREMLINS!

Btw thanks a lot! I updated some software and restarted my mac. I'll change those configurations now an see if it stops

oh wait a sec sean! I figured it out! The alert sound was on funk, thats why it was making such wierd noises, probably for System update I think. Thanks again

My Mac doesn't talk to me, but I have been noticing a lot of unexplained long distance calls lately.

heheheh, I thought it was safari or firefox, or some website that I visisted, I was thinking to myself, man that music is crappy
