Im kinda new to Photoshop , well i dont use it for a long time so dont expect me to send the best entry's =P
Im from Belgium so my english wont be very good .. ( Also the fact that i am only 15 )
My moms used to do contest around here but she kinda quited now cuase she says she doesnt have time left to PSC xD . ( My momz her Profile : babydolll , she did some nice entry's a few years ago , so make sure to check it out ! )

Well i hope my mom can give me some good tips and explain a little bit about using Photoshop
so that i will be able to send entry's soon .
